I am so excited to be entering this quilt into Blogger's Quilt Festival! I designed and made this quilt last summer, and it is now in the newest issue of Quilty, so I can finally share it!
I was inspired by a doodle my husband had done, and I loved the way his little block looked repeated and then offset. I had a 2.5" roll of Kona Cottons burning a hole on my shelf, so using that, some additional Kona colors from my stash to help round out the rainbow, and my favorite light grey background fabric, this quilt was born!
Sadly, I didn't get any shots of it quilted and bound before I sent it off to Quilty since I was on a tight turnaround, but you can see it here. I love the quilting that my friend Lazara did for me in a hurry!
I can't wait to have this one back to snuggle under! Thanks for letting me share it!
