And that would be one of the things I like about Texas. I went to Austin for spring break a couple of years ago, and it was a great trip in March. All cheery and springlike, and full of flowers. The Lady Bird Johnson wildflower park is fabulous.
Pretty pictures! I so love the hyacinth. It seems that every year I forget they are there in my yard and one day I come home to the pleasant surprise of them poking out of the ground.
Ohhhhh... so very pretty! I tried to grow hyacinths once. It didn't work out so well. Those are lovely!! I'm green with envy. Although the snow is slowly disapearing here in Winnipeg, it'll be a long time until even the crocuses start to show there tiny green shoots.
